Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order without any penalty within 1 hour of placing it. This gives you time to review your order and make any necessary changes.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order within the cancellation window:
- Log into your Tahidem account
- Go to the “My Orders” section
- Find the order you wish to cancel
- Click on the “Cancel Order” button
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

Cancellations After Processing
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may need to refer to our Return Policy for options on returning the item once received.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation window, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and any standard shipping charges. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
- Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
